Rock Hill Board of Historic Review

The Rock Hill Board of Historic Review holds public hearings for requests involving Certificates of Appropriateness (COA), Certificates of Hardship (COH), and, upon rare occasions, appeals from staff interpretations of the Zoning Ordinance regarding requirements related to historic preservation within the City's designated historic districts and properties.  

The annual Rock Hill Board of Historic Review newsletter is now available.

The next regularly scheduled public hearing will take place on Thursday, August 2, at 6:00 pm in City Council Chambers at City Hall (155 Johnston Street, Rock Hill). If necessary, the reschedule date is Thursday, August 9.
