The Planning Commission holds public hearings for requests to change the official zoning map, such as through the rezoning of property, and requests to change the Zoning Ordinance through a text amendment.

The next regularly scheduled hearing will be held on Tuesday, June 5, at 6:00 pm in Council Chambers at City Hall (155 Johnston Street). In the event the meeting is to be re-scheduled, the hearing will take place on Tuesday, June 12, and notice of such will be posted at City Hall.  You may also view meetings on the City Channel.
