If you are provided electric, water or sewer service by the City of Rock Hill, you only have one phone number to remember: 803/329-5500.
By dialing 803/329-5500, electric, water or sewer problems are met with a greatly improved response time, ensuring customers receive service repair as quickly as possible. The system will prompt you to enter requested information, such as your phone number and the nature of your service request. Once you’ve entered your information, the AllCall system immediately pages the City’s on-call duty worker to respond to your service call. AllCall can even call customers back, alerting them of scheduled repairs and estimated time of return service.
In addition to utility calls, customers can obtain tax information, inspection requests and utility billing requests through AllCall. Just dial the number and follow the automated prompts.
