Our upgraded system allows you to receive your City of Rock Hill Utility bill online. Receiving and paying your bill online is quick, convenient and considered more secure than paper delivery. By participating in this service, not only do you save postage, fuel costs and time, but you also free your home and mailbox of large amounts of clutter. On a larger scale, your participation in electronic billing and going “paperless” has a significant positive impact on our environment by preserving natural resources such as trees, water and fossil fuels. After selecting this option, add rockHillUtilities@sturgisdigital.com to your contacts to insure your bill is received in incoming mail.

When you sign up for electronic billing through the City of Rock Hill, in place of a paper bill mailed to you each month, you will receive a monthly email notification that your bill from rockHillUtilities@sturgisdigital.com stating that your bill is ready to be viewed at www.cityofrockhill.com/utilitybilling. Each time you receive this notification, simply click on the link within the email to view your statement . You will be able to view your usage and billing information, your current and past 18 months billing history and view the current utility bill newsletter that is normally mailed with your bill. You can also download your electronic bill onto your computer if you like.
