The Permit Application Center of the Planning and Development Department is a true one-stop center for all development related permits and approvals. This isn’t just a central processing office – we have put together all of the planners, engineers and code reviewers to answer your questions, respond quickly to your application, and get your approvals issued as soon as possible.

Plan review typically takes between 3 to 10 business days with smaller projects, like sign plan review, taking 3 days and larger more complex projects, like new building plans, taking 10 days.
