The Customer Service/Utility Billing Department is located in Room 260 of City Hall.   Customer Service handles requests to turn-on and turn-off utility service for residential, commercial, and industrial customers.  Customer Service also answers questions you may have about your utility bill or business license.

Customers requesting service for a residence they own may fax a completed service agreement with a copy of a photo identification to 803-326-3828.  If you do not own your residence, you may complete the service agreement and apply for service in person at City Hall.   

The answers to Frequent Questions are provided on the website.   You may contact the Customer Call Center at 803/325-2500 during normal operating hours if you have further questions and would like to speak to a Customer Service Representative.
