Strategic Goal Initiatives
Implementation of a Financial Management Plan is a strategic goal of the City Council.  It is an on-going goal of the Finance Department to develop financial policies and practices for the City of Rock Hill that ensure adequate protection of the City’s financial resources. 

In order to achieve this goal the Finance Department, on an on-going basis,  thoroughly reviews City's expenditures, recommends changes to reduce expenses across the organization, develops financing models to evaluate the uses of City resources, and examines and makes recommendations on sources of revenue for the City.
