Councilmember Kevin Sutton, is serving his third term as Ward 3 Councilmember on the Rock Hill City Council. Councilmember Sutton is a member of the Boards and Commissions Appointments Committee and Court Review Board. Councilmember Sutton is an 1992 graduate of Winthrop University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration (Concentration: Sales and Marketing).

Councilmember Sutton is a Regional Sales Manager with Flakeboard America. Councilmember Sutton is a lifelong resident of Rock Hill (37 years) and at age 23, became the youngest member ever elected to the Rock Hill City Council.
