After school programs are available at three PRT recreation centers. Fewell Park Recreation Center is the site of Discovery Station, and Emmett Scott Recreation Center is the home of C.R.A.V.E. Both of these programs are operated by the PRT department, while Northside Recreation Center hosts the Boys & Girls Clubs of York County program.
Discovery Station
The Discovery Station after school program serves children in grades K5 through five and provides homework assistance, literacy development, character education, art, recreation and other activities at Fewell Park Recreation Center. The program operates on the Rock Hill School District Calendar with programming starting daily at 3 pm and continuing until 5:30 pm with student pick-up until 6 pm. Bus transportation is available from Richmond Drive Elementary only. This quality program is available for a minimal fee of $21 per week.

C.R.A.V.E.
C.R.A.V.E., an after school program for children in K5 through 5th grade is located at Emmett Scott Recreation Center. The program focuses on the importance of education as well as character, respect, attitude and self and family values. C.R.A.V.E. operates on the Rock Hill School District Calendar, with student pick-up until 6:00pm. The cost is $21 per week. Programs are also be available for grades 6 – 12.
