DESCRIPTION:<p>Thursday USA BMX Practice runs from 7 PM-8 PM. USA BMX Membership and a completed City of Rock Hill Waiver are required to participate in practice.&nbsp;</p><p>Riders must wear a full face helmet and have elbows &amp; knees covered (long sleeves and pants are acceptable).&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>We recommend riders wear gloves, but they are not required.</p><p>Bicycles on the BMX racetrack may not have reflectors, kick stands, chain guards, freestyle pegs or other add-ons that could fall off or be harmful to others in the event of a fall on track.</p><p>Cost is $5 per rider.</p>
