Beginning July 1, Rock Hill Parks, Recreation & Tourism (PRT) will implement changes to park operating hours at some facilities. In addition, pickleball programming at the Bleachery Fieldhouse will be open to all participants, regardless of their place of residence. 

Changes to Park/Facility Hours

•  Cherry Park and Manchester Meadows will operate daily from 7 AM to 9 PM year-round.  

• The Rock Hill Tennis Center will operate Monday through Saturday from 8 AM to 9 PM and Sunday from 1 PM to 9 PM.  

• The tennis courts at Fewell Park Recreation Center will be open daily from 8 AM to 9 PM.  

• The Rock Hill Velodrome will no longer maintain posted operating hours and will be available on a reservation and rental basis. 

• Scheduled programs, leagues, tournaments, and special events may extend beyond posted facility operating hours. 

Pickleball Access at the Bleachery Fieldhouse 

Pickleball memberships, programs, daily play and other pickleball-related activities at the Bleachery Fieldhouse will be available to all participants, regardless of residency.  

A separate fee schedule for non-city residents will apply, consistent with the dual-fee structure adopted for other PRT programs on July 1, 2025.
