Mike Jolly has served as the Director of Electric Utilities for the City of Rock Hill since July 2014. In this capacity, he leads the City’s distribution power & communication operations for Electrical Engineering, Vegetation Management, Electric Services, and Power & Communication Divisions.
Mike graduated Cum Laude from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering. Mike is a registered professional engineer in the state of South Carolina.
