We offer a variety of benefits to support you through each stage of life. In addition to the usual health insurance and paid time off, the City goes above and beyond with options to take care of employees and their families.

  • Longevity Pay
    • Awarded to employees each November based on years of service, starting with the first full year.
    • Less than a year receive $100 
    • Years 1-4 receive $200
    • Years 5-7 receive $350
    • Years 8-10 receive $400
    • Years 11-13 receive $450
    • Years 14-16 receive $550
    • Years 17-19 receive $650
    • Years 20-22 receive $750
    • Years 23+ receive $850
  • Paid Maternity & Parental Leave
  • Paid Elder Care Leave
  • On-site Health & Wellness Clinic in partnership with Atrium Health
    • No cost for services.
    • All employees are eligible.
    • Dependents age 6 months and older on City medical insurance eligible.

Important Health Coverage Tax Documents

This notice is provided to inform individuals that Form 1095 is available in electronic format.

Form 1095 may be accessed by logging into the company website at www.paycom.com. After logging in, select the Payroll tab and navigate to Year-End Tax Forms to view or download the document.

Any individual who requests a paper copy of Form 1095 will be provided one without charge. Requests for a paper copy may be made by contacting Human Resources at 803-329-5570.
