Nov. 1 Fall/Winter Hours Begin for Cherry Park and Manchester Meadows

Starting Nov. 1, Cherry Park and Manchester Meadows will observe their fall/winter hours of 7 AM to 9 PM through Feb. 28. 

Nov. 3 - 7 Sports & Event Center Floor Maintenance Closure

The indoor track and open gym at the Rock Hill Sports & Event Center will be closed Mon., Nov. 3 through Fri., Nov. 7 due to floor maintenance. 

Nov. 11 Veterans Day

• All park offices, recreation centers, the Sports & Event Center, the BMX Track and the Velodrome will be closed on Tuesday, November 11, 2025.
• Cherry Park, Hargett Park and Manchester Meadows, including their trails, will observe normal operating hours. The Tennis Center will also observe normal operating hours.

Nov. 27 - 28 Thanksgiving

• All park offices, recreation centers, the Sports & Event Center, the BMX Track and the Velodrome will be closed on Thursday, November 27, 2025 and Friday, November 28, 2025.
• The Tennis Center will be closed only on Thursday, November 27, 2025.
• Cherry Park, Hargett Park and Manchester Meadows, including their trails, will observe normal operating hours.
