Practices are held at Cherry Park and outlying fields while games are played at Cherry Park, Fort Mill, Tega Cay, York, and Clover facilities on weekday evenings. Shirts are included with the program fee. Participants are responsible for gloves & cleats. The program fee also includes mandatory accident insurance, which remains in effect for all city-sponsored athletic activities within that calendar year.

The date and time of the Skills Evaluation will be specified in the Registration Brochure.
Team Notification & First Practice
After teams are assigned, you will be notified by your coach as to your team’s practice schedule and practice location.
Team photos will be made during the season with date and time to be announced at the beginning of the season.
Season & Game Schedules
Your coach will provide you with a game schedule. Season and game schedules are also posted to the PRT Sports League Schedule webpage. Games are played throughout York County (Fort Mill, York, Clover and Tega Cay).
Decisions to cancel games will be based on current weather conditions and/or field conditions. Normally, games will not be cancelled until near the scheduled starting time. As soon as games are cancelled, the decision will be posted to the weather line. If PRT determines that weather and/or field conditions necessitate the cancellation of practices, the decision will be posted on the weather line. However, a coach may decide to cancel a practice due to weather independently of PRT. If this is the case, the coach will contact players to let them know. Softball Weather Line: 803-325-2688.
