Youth Sports Safety

Registration Details and Dates
Registration for Spring Youth Sports 2019 will be taken beginning Jan. 22 - Feb. 15. See the current Registration Brochure for program details.
Fall Sports: Soccer, Football and Girls Softball- Registration typically begins at the beginning of August.
Spring Sports: Baseball, Soccer & Girls Softball - Registration typically begins at the end of January.
Summer Sports: Soccer Clinics, Flag Football & Volleyball - Registration typically begins mid-May and continues until filled or program start date.
During the regular registration period each season, online registration is available to returning players. Check the Registration Brochure for program information and dates. First time players will need to register by mail or in person in order to present a birth certificate. Then, next season, they will be able to use the on-line system. Online Registration
Register by Mail or In Person
To register by mail, complete the form located on the back of the Registration Brochure and mail it with your payment. Please complete one form for each child.
To register in person, go to one of the PRT locations below during business hours to sign up. First time participants will need to present a copy of a birth certificate to register.

Code of Ethics
All parents and/or legal guardians will be required to sign a Parents Code of Ethics.
