The City of Rock Hill offers several options for temporary signs, which are explained in detail in our temporary sign permit application. The Zoning Ordinance allows for temporary signs to be used for grand opening events and other special events, as well as for special sales and promotions. Depending on the situation, different types of signs are allowed, and they are allowed for different periods of time.

Submit your temporary sign permit application to the Planning & Development Department's Permit Application Center (PAC) by email to permits@cityofrockhill.com or online at www.cityofrockhill.com/onlineservices under the PERMIT section of the online services page.
