Use this process to submit requests to modify approved civil or building plans.

Apply

1. Apply Online using the button above.
   • Click on “New Applications"
   • Type "Change" into the search box
   • Click on “Residential Change Order" for residential civil or building plan changes, or "Commercial Change Order" for commercial civil or building plan changes, and follow the prompts from there 
2. At this time, we will email you an invoice for the development fees, which will be paid through our online portal. Beware of scammers trying to obtain false payment through wire transfer or other mechanisms.
   • Change order fees are separate from permit fees.  
   • If the project scope, valuation, square footage, occupancy, etc., change, additional permit fees, plan review fees, impact fees, etc., may also be due. 
3. City staff will review your plan and send comments back to the designated contact person on the application within approximately three business days.
   • If the plan must be revised, use the Plan Resubmittal Instructions (PDF).
