America Recycles Day
The goal of America Recycles Day (ARD) is to encourage Americans to recycle and to buy recycled products. Since its inception in 1997, the ARD campaign has grown substantially. Last year, residents in every state of the nation participated in America Recycles Day and pledged to recycle.
The Curb Appeal team works to help businesses beautify the outside of their buildings by planting trees, bushes, shrubs or plants. Clean & Green provides the materials and labor, the business provides labor and agrees to maintain the plants. Contact us if you are interested in the Curb Appeal program.

Rock Hill Litter Pickups
Trash is more than an eyesore; it's hazardous to the health of the environment. Old tires become mosquito breeding grounds. Discarded fishing line can seriously injure fish and birds. Plastic bottles, bags and packaging can pollute our land and water for thousands of years to come.
The City will provide trash bags and litter grabbers to groups who want to clean up the litter in their neighborhoods, around their business, or schools. We’ll even come pick up the bags when you’re done!
Call Elizabeth Morgan at 803-329-7027 to participate.
