The City of Rock Hill Utilities offers value-added services to our commercial and industrial business customers. These include power quality monitoring, energy management consultation, security lights and general engineering consultation and support for water and sewer service. The utility has a dedicated staff of engineers and technicians ready to respond around-the-clock to the needs of our growing business community.
The Customer Service/Utility Billing Department is located at City Hall. Customer Service handles requests to turn-on and turn-off utility service for residential, commercial, and industrial customers and can answer billing questions.
